I mentioned at the last meeting that I had lost some weight and that I had done this using some of the Shangri-la Diet method.
For morning tea a cup of hot water with four teaspoons of white sugar (instead of a cup of coffee).For afternoon tea, 2 tablespoons of extra light olive oil (instead of a cuppa).
